I may algebraically economically not be legally allowed to tell you on this web page ... ??? how ironic is that ??? well actually that is not the whole truth ... I can legally tell you in Lacey, WA but maybe not a city next to it, unless I have $50 or so dollars to pay the city for an economics license ... , and then maybe I can tell you ... ??? your U.S.A. constitutional right to freedom of speech fits in here some where, only I am not sure how that works ... ??? ( but then I would need $50 or so dollars to pay all the other cities in the united states ???, apparently around 20,000 US cities, that would cost me or you around 1 million dollars ??? does that sound right ... ???, then maybe I could tell you ... ??? ) maybe it's possible to go to the city and ask them for free ... ??? assuming they can understand the question ... ??? ( I am saying on thing, you could be thinking another ???, that would be an economics communication problem ... ??? )) I think I can tell you what is the cause, Language skills, you know English ( school surveys say that is debatable, I think the number one possible cause of that, is a relation to teachers not being allowed, or refusing because of economic politics, to teach algerbriac economics in a public school ??? ( ask your local school if they teach what I am talking about ??? )??? ), this may be why students really don't understand why they need to learn any of the stuff teachers teach to be used in the real world ... ) , you are trying to understand another language you have never heard before ... like Spanish, or French, or Chinese ... you are slowed down from learning because of the algebraic economic learning curve associated with the algebraic economic laws of physics and language ... ??? you can obviously learn all this on your own ... ??? the problem is algebraic economic time ... ??? the right teacher can, help you, greatly reduce the amount of time it takes to learn something ... ??? |
