it may be because

I am learning to use expression web,

my biggest problem right now is

knowing how to navigate,

finding folders and links in expression web, it is different than front page 2000

in that it was easy to find folders

in FrontPage 2000

( office 97 and windows vista apparently have compatibility problems for some reason??? well at least for me )

the mother board on my old computer was apparently fried by a Power outage

I have tried Tripp Lite UPS's to protect against such an event, but they both failed to operate within 6 months
