I gave photos to the police to transmit images to law enforcement all over, the police was able to get the information straight off my scandisk card that removes from my camera ...

there is another problem that I believe needs to be solved ...
the driver said they didn't see me ??? I was flying pretty fast after I got hit because the driver gunned the gas trying to get into traffic, the pavement refused to move ...
if they can't see me past all these balloons how are they going to see men, women and children ???
