still, soliciting laws ... ??? that's ok, I still have problems understanding it too ... ??? it is my understanding that if you bake a cake you can tell almost anyone you want to ... assuming they want to hear about it ... ??? if you buy a cake from a store, you can tell almost anyone you want to about it ... assuming they want to hear about it ... ??? if you bake a cake and want to sell it, it may be against the law for you to tell people about it ... ??? if you buy a cake from a store and you want to sell it, it may be against the law for you to tell people about it ... ??? the catch 22 about the whole thing is you may want to hear about what someone wants to sell you, because you may need it, but because they are not allowed to tell you, you may not ever know they have what you need, and they could be sitting right beside you ... ??? I do not know if I got this right because it is so difficult for me to explain, because I barely understand it ... ??? however you can go to your local city hall and I believe they can explain it to you ... ??? |
