Econ AAFD Oil Spill fix ideas ???

a percentage of these ideas are really old ideas,

the ideas are still here in case something can be done with it ...

( they said there is not enough properly trained people who teach how

to properly train the workers for hazardous waste ... ???

it appears that is because they are using tax based economics to pay for the hazardous waste

teachers, and there apparently is not enough tax based monies to go around

Tax based economics ( the more people help each other, the less you get )

if they found a way to use root based economics to pay for the hazardous waste teachers

then the more people help each other, the more you get ... ???

here is my idea for the cost guard or fire department to use

for such a problem ???

maybe give out licenses to people skilled in oil spill recovery,

and they get to keep the oil they mine and can sell it to oil companies

or whatever else is appropriate ... ???

root based economics, ( government issues licenses ) self licensed oil slick miners,

as long as there is oil slicks to get and sell and customers to buy,

the more people help each other, the more you get ... ???

( the more root based the economics system is made for the oil slick,

the faster the oil slick will be gone, but isn't that what we want ... ???
