they appear to only be able to help certain groups of people, and in a very algebraically economically limited manner ??? and many need to prove you are are failure before they can help you, those programs look really stupid when they believe they have finally proved you a failure and then they find out the program is a complete algebraic economic failure, then they blame it on you for not making enough money to pay for there algebraic economic failures??? ( at what point did they hand you an economics cook book to solve your economic problem ??? ( it is more likely that they would say a what? what are you talking about ???
