put a few clean cups of water in your refrigerator, in different places in your fridge

with a liquid thermometer in each cup,

check those thermometers every two hours or so,

and see if your refrigerator is in the safe zone ... ???

many people don't know what the temperature of there food refrigerator is supposed to be,

that alone suggests that telling your loved ones and friends, etc could save many lives

according to the CDC ... FDA the food temperature of your Refrigerator is supposed to be 40°F or less

check with your doctor and pharmacist,

many different prescriptions have different temperature needs in order to still work effectively and safely

even the best working refrigerator can not work correctly

because of an outside of refrigerator influence as you will see in my study ....

and then not work at all, you think you are taking an antibiotic but you are not

because it is dead, it is interesting how difficult it is for some people to understand that

A doctor told me that it is more accurate to say that the

prescription, vitamin, supplement, etc. loses its effectiveness when

it hits a temperature danger zone

that temperature danger zone can be explained to you by your doctor and pharmacist

for each prescription very likely has its own temperature need ....

your prescription can turn into a placebo if it hits the temperature danger zone

( placebo in this instance - possibly life threating

One of the critical factors in controlling bacteria in food is controlling temperature.

Pathogenic microorganisms
grow very slowly at temperatures below 40 °F,

multiply rapidly between 40 and 140 °F,

and are destroyed at temperatures above 140 °F.

For safety, foods must be held at proper cold temperatures in refrigerators or
freezers and they must be cooked thoroughly.

But how would a consumer know if the refrigerator was cold
enough, or if the oven was heating at the proper temperature?
