Unemployment insurance automatically gives it to office of child support enforcement since year 1990

OSE made a mistake and didn't garnish my employer, as sometimes happens

For the first time with out notice, OSE took $1300.00 and left me with a zero balance.

(Which I was attempting to save for my 7 month old baby's health problems )

out of my checking account to pay back welfare for me other two children, 16 and 17,

who have been missing since 1990

An Employee from OSE said OSE has to take the money (with out notice?!), it's the law.

Is there legal protection against this act, which I believe to be OSE negligence?

P.S. I believe if equal parental rights (for law abiding citizens) was the law,

(children had equal time with parents,

and parents had equal child raising responsibilities), things like this would not happen

( at the time of this newspaper printing, welfare economically helped custodial parents and children ... ???

but, because of apparent government laws,

would not economically help un-custodial parents

and would not economically help un-custodial parents second family's children in this particular situation ... ??? )

If there was an economic solution,

none of this unnecessary pain and suffering would be needed ... ???

Example: People fought and died for equal rights, many times, so ...

I ended up getting a parking ticket, and boy is it an expensive parking ticket ...
