I have noticed that the manners of the homeless have dramatically improved ... ???

someone(s) has been working to improve their lives ... ???

a form of economic resistance to the homeless becoming economically successful ... ???

a percentage of people keep coming up with reasons the homeless have no hope

and nothing should be done to improve there lives ... ???

there is a percentage of people who feel that there is no hope for the homeless people

and will try to keep the homeless people failure

( who are the homeless anyway ? is one of them your son, your daughter,  a brother, a sister,

an aunt, an uncle, a friend, etc, etc, etc do you know them ... ??? )

and make sure they get no special education

and keep them down on the economic ladder,

and they believe the homeless are guilty of economic failure until proven innocent ... ???

homeless guy: we need to find a way to work together to solve our problems like in the old days ...

homeless guy: I hope you are albe to find a way to help us ...

Gene: assuming they are wanting results, maybe a marine ( and or someone with equivalent skills ),

skilled in solving problems as a teacher could go in with a mobile library

 and a Paraeducator ( or equivalent or better skills ) and teach anyone

who truly wants to learn algebraic economic survival skills ... ???

earlier this month:

apparently a percentage of the homeless need to choose a competent expert communicator

to help the homeless communicate with the people who can help them ... ???

their signs that they put up implies that they are homeless

and that they are suffering from the elements ... ???

a percentage of the homeless appeared to be from out of town ... ???

Homeless people: I have a disability ... , and I have a disability ... ,

and I have a disability ... , etc, etc etc ...

Homeless person: we are not going to listen because ... no teacher, no educator, no doctor,

no nurse, no psychologist, no fireman,

no banker, no store, no math, no economic formula(s), ...

 ... no idea(s) from thousands of people can help us ... ???

maybe what they need is for disabled people to show up

and tell them how their job / business benefited their lives, and how they got started

so they can see it can really happen ... ???

to give back food stamps that the medical professionals were required by law

to take away from poor families who qualified for food stamps

you may have to explain to medical professional(s)

the math behind how food stamps get taken away from poor families

by medical professional(s) because as simple as it is to understand,

medical professionals, I have explained it to, didn't get it, at first,

it took about a minute for them to understand it on average ...

even though they probably do math all day long in their job(s) ...

the medical professional(s) can choose a root based economic formula(s)

and or a Tax Based economic formula(s)

and or not choose to do anything about the food stamp problem(s) ... ???

in that case you will have to know what economic formula(s) to use ... ???

this is an economic idea to change an economic formula,

 so people will be more healthy at restaurants ... ???

I guess they are not going to be cleaning the tables at restaurants ... ???

they are not going to be providing hand sanitizer at the tables in restaurants ... ???

I don't know what to tell you if you have a baby with you at a restaurant(s)

who likes to touch things like the tables in the restaurants ... ???

a percentage of medical professionals I have been talking to are aware of a general food license,

but they are not aware of a Master Food License and how it works in the real world ... ???

I, Gene Bowdish, say, she was alone,

and afraid of what the existing economic formula might have done to her

because she doesn't have the skills and experience and

doesn't understand economic formulas, maybe because no one cared to teach her ... ???
